Claim Tips and Procedures
  Automobile Losses
  1. Take precautions necessary to protect the scene of the accident from further accidents.
  2. Call the police. If someone is injured, request medical assistance. If fire involved, request fire department aid.
  3. Answer police questions. Give identifying information to the other party involved, but make no comments about assuming responsibility.
  4. As soon as possible, report the loss to Metzler Bros.
  Property Loss
  1. Take precautions to prevent additional damage to property.
  2. Make arrangements to have temporary work done until adjuster is assigned.
  3. As soon as possible, report the loss to Metzler Bros.

  1. Make arrangements to secure appropriate medical treatment for the injured worker.
  2. As soon as possible, report the loss to Metzler Bros.
  3. Gather information regarding accident including: injured party's name, social security number and date of birth, how the party was injured, type of injury, and date of injury.
