Using the phrase, ‘If it is to be, it’s up to me!’ for inspiration, Kirk began his hand shaking career with 10 years as an Air Force recruiter, promoting the concept of service. He then joined the insurance sales force, promoting the concept of security. He worked for national and regional entities for 14 years, earning his CWCA designation along the way. In 2008, Kirk’s was drawn to Metzler Bros. – a rare agency that offers both service and security, intertwined with rich KC history and tradition.
